If you are using any ChartLogix PHP scripts, you agree to the following: |

- CubeLogix Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the software
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer the encrypted PHP scripts
- You may not give copies of or distribute ChartLogix software to anyone outside of the organisation which purchased the license

If you wish to transfer ownership of a license (for instance if you are giving source code of a project to a client) then you must inform us. |

|
If you wish to embed ChartLogix software into a product which you will distribute we are happy to talk to you about the licencing options available. |

The ChartLogix software is constantly improving, and you are entitled to free upgrades so you can always have the latest & greatest version. |

We will notify you by e-mail whenever there is a new version available for download. |
